Who I am

This is the website of Keith McMurray, trading as LC Pumpkin. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how LC Pumpkin (“LC Pumpkin” or “I” or “me” or “my”) collect, store, share, and use information, and your choices about privacy when you use my website (“Web Site” or “Site”), products, and services (collectively, “Services”).

Your privacy is important, and I ask that you read this Policy carefully to be informed about my practices.

I am committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of visitors to my Web Site. In particular, I want you to know that I am not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. Mailing Lists

As part of the registration process for my e-newsletters, I collect personal information. I use that information for the following reasons: to tell you about things you’ve asked me to tell you about; to contact you if I need to obtain or provide additional information; to check my records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. I don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

I use a third-party provider, Drip, to store subscriber email addresses and deliver my newsletters. Their service gathers statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies. Click here for Drip's Privacy Policy web page.

You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of my emails, or by emailing me at keith@lcpumpkin.co.uk and asking me to do so.

All my data is obtained through voluntary registration - this can be in the form of registration via the Web Site, registration via a written mailing list at live performances, or registration when you purchase music via my Bandcamp pages and agreed with the tick box to receive future correspondence.


Email Information

If you choose to correspond with me via email, I may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses.

To make my online shop function, I use services provided by Woocommerce (click HERE for their privacy policy), Paypal (click HERE for their privacy policy), and Drip (click HERE for their privacy policy).  When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through this website, certain information is collected to fulfill your order, including your name, email address, billing address, and shipping address. I refer to this information as “Order Information”.  I do not have access to your payment information such as credit and debit card numbers.  

Data Retention and Access to your Personal Information

I will keep and use your name and email address, along with your Order Information as described in this Policy for (i) as long as I continue trading as LC Pumpkin; and (ii) as long as is necessary to comply with any tax, legal, and/or other regulatory requirements. You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that I hold by emailing your request to keith@lcpumpkin.co.uk.

The Cookies I Use, and How and Why I Use Them
